Return & Refund Policy – Leonisa

At Leonisa, our 100% satisfaction guarantee ensures that every product you purchase meets the highest standards. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have up to 30 days to request a refund or exchange.

Requirements

  • Products must be in perfect condition.

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of panties (excluding shaper panties) and boxers, except in cases of manufacturing defect.

  • Final Sale items: These products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns

  • For withdrawal of your purchase, you have 30 days to return the product. Please follow the instructions in our Return Center.

  • Refunds will be credited within 7 business days through the original payment method used at checkout.

United States & Canada: All returns and exchanges for orders placed in the U.S. and Canada are 100% FREE.
Other countries: Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. For exchanges, the customer pays for return shipping, and Leonisa covers the shipping cost of the new item.

Exchanges

Exchanging your products is quick and easy. Options include:

  • Exchange for an item of equal value: No additional charge or refund.

  • Exchange for an item of lesser value: The difference will be refunded to your original payment method (including PayPal). Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

  • Exchange for an item of greater value: You can pay the difference when submitting the exchange request through our website.
